Meeting minutes are e-mailed to those on our distribution list the week following each monthly general meeting. A copy is also on hand at the following meeting so that we can approve the minutes of the previous month at the beginning of each meeting. The Adobe PDF reader is required to access the newsletter and meeting minutes. Obtain a free copy from Adobe HERE.

Beginning in April, 2007, we have been storing supporting documents here that became available during or following each monthly meeting. These documents may be handouts from the meeting that had to be scanned as a PDF.
